Best free app ever!

This app is too good to be free ;) It just works for cleaning my 10+ years pictures and keep the organized. Although it can have some feature which would make it cooler -> Can’t find duplicates in Apple iPhoto Package -> Delete by (older, newer) are limited option. If would be good if it can specify location to delete from.

My desktop Mac has been running a little slow. I wasn’t sure what’s going on. I am an semi-pro photographer with lots of photos and applications for photography on my internal drive, plus two external drives. I downloaded the cleaner and ran it, and it found almost 10GB of old stuff in about 10 minutes of scanning. What’s nice about it is you can click on the small arrows to see a list of everything it found, then select item by item those things you want to keep or delete. Another button push and the space recovery is complete. Not sure what those who gave this application a low rating were expecting. It’s free, it’s elegant, and it works quite well.

I just downloaded a couple of apps including AVG Cleaner, I decided to compare them quickly in performance and potential free space detected. AVG Cleaner it’s just awesome, has a clean interface comparared to other free apps, detects and frees more space and its fast. I defenetly recommend this app.

Does what it should.

this app had a bug in yosemite that only happened like twice. But now with El Capitan happens all the time . I guess is because the new fonts from capitan i dont know. But ever since i upgrade to capitan avg cleaner open without fonts and other times just a few (scan mac, scan folders) thats it.
